Hospitality Rooms

Hospitality Rooms will be available for the International Cheese Technology Expo at the Sheraton Madison Hotel, located near the Alliant Energy Center. Arrangements for hospitality rooms must be handled directly with the Sheraton Madison Hotel.  Rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Twelve meeting rooms are available for hospitality on the first floor of the Sheraton Madison Hotel. All food, beverage and liquor must be purchased through the hotel. Hotel Will Hold 1 Additional Sleeping Room

For your convenience, the Sheraton Madison Hotel will hold one additional sleeping room (at the rate of $119 single, $129 double per night, plus tax) within the hotel for each night your hospitality room is reserved.

Hospitality Room Requirements

Wisconsin Cheese Makers Association has two standing requirements regarding hospitality rooms:

  • Before final assignment of any hospitality room, the Association requires a minimum of two full registrations to the 2010 ICTE from any company reserving space for hospitality.
  • Hospitality rooms cannot be open during 2010 ICTE official functions. Tentatively, hospitality rooms must close between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20, prior to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 21, and during the Awards Banquet April 22. These hours are subject to alteration as plans for the Exposition are finalized.
